How does it work?

 

The course is set up like a challenge.

You will get 21 emails that start on a Monday, each inviting you to do a 15-25 min practice, depending on how much time you want to allocate to this. Two practices take up to one hour. 

You get off on the weekends. 

There is a Whatsapp group so you can find accountability partners. 

With this strategy, 90% of my participants actually finish the course.
