After an opening circle, you will work with your partner. You will be guided through 6 practices, each of which is focusing on each of the aspects of a sacred relationship: heart, healing, nervous-stem, sexuality, soul, and joy. 

The first practice is about practicing intimacy in every moment, learning to improve the quality of your connection and how to be vulnerable. 

The second and third practice are connected to healing attachment trauma through learning how to complete a stress cycle and release tension from your nervous system, and then get clarity on your needs. 

The forth practice is a giving and receiving practice to learn to express your desires for touch and physical intimacy. 

The fifth practice is a Sex Magic ritual where you'll be working with sexual energy to call in the highest vision of your relationship in a specific area. 

The last ritual is a cacao ceremony where you'll be guided 

My coaching style is rooted in couples psychology such as attachment psychology as well as the VITA method (Vital and Tantric Approach). 

I am not a trauma specialist, but I am trauma informed, which means that I work with trauma on a regular basis but also know my limits. 

I also have a background in family constellations, and other tantric lineages, especially shamanic-tantra, Neo-tantra and classical tantra. 

I work a lot with aspecting and parts-work, as well as breathwork, somatic experiencing and sacred sexuality practices. 

This totally depends on you. You can just show up for the coaching sessions and not watch any of the videos or do any of the practices and you will still benefit. 

Each video teaching is between 15-30 min long. 

Every month, there is one core-practice that I believe is the most important one to do on a regular basis (at least once a week). This will take between 30-60 min and is most beneficial if practiced together. 

Also, once a month, you'll receive a 'date-night' as a practice. This intends to support you to think in new ways how can relax together, have fun and go on adventures (even if the adventure just takes you into your own bathtub). 

Beyond the core-practice and the date-night practice, you receive two 30 min long weekly practices on such as 'how to connect to your inner child' or a 'somatic meditation practice' that will take you deeper into the process, but is completely optional. 

In total, I estimate that you'll need to make space for a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 6 hours per week for your relationship transformation.
